Our role in serving our customers during these strange times is a crucial one. At every level of our company we are working to provide our customers with the best level of service however, operating and delivery times may take longer than normal.

To keep our teams safe, we will all be working from home. We are still available to communicate with our customers during our office opening hours. Feel free to contact us as normal.

Our delivery teams will continue to deliver your sauna or steam room however, we hope you appreciate your delivery time may have a delay. This is due to our workshop working at reduced numbers due to social distancing measures. Our delivery teams will be wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of gloves and face masks. All our vans and lorries are equipped with hand sanitisers to keep our delivery teams and you safe. Your will receive a text from us with your 1 hour delivery time slot and our team will unload your sauna from the van or lorry safely on your doorstep.

1. How will you deliver/install my sauna during a government lockdown?

Our delivery teams will continue to deliver your sauna.  We are currently doing installations however, if you are in an area where a local lockdown is taking place then we may not be able to install for you.  Please contact us for the most up to date information on delivery and installations in your area. Our delivery teams will be wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of gloves and face masks.  All our vans and lorries are equipped with hand sanitisers to keep our delivery teams and you safe. Your will receive a text from us with your 1 hour delivery time slot and our team will unload your sauna from the van or lorry safely on your doorstep.  

2.  Will you still install my sauna? 

Yes.  Our team will be wearing adequate PPE (face masks) and we must insist you also wear adequate PPE when our team are on-site. We must also insist you keep a safe distance from the team of 2metres.  This is to protect our whole team & other customers as well as yourself.  The requesting of you wearing the required PPE will enable Stunning Saunas to remain open and service customers and keep our staff in their jobs during these strange times.  

2.  When will my item be delivered? 

When you place your order with us we will begin to fulfil your order as normal if the item is in stock. Please note that delivery times are taking longer than normal due to a surge in demand during the past lockdown situation.  Our workshop is operating at reduced staffing numbers and this may also affect your delivery timescale.

3.  Is it safe for you to deliver my order?

4.  Can I visit your showroom? 

Yes.  However there is a strict appointment only system.  You must wear a face mask at all times and you will be required to sanitise your hands on entering the building.  A maximum of 2 customers are allowed at any one time.  We sanitise each sauna after each customer.
